Are you passionate about photography? Do you fancy a walk in the Great Fen and want to explore and discover one of the largest restoration projects of its type in Europe? Are you starting out in wildlife photography and wanting to learn some fieldcraft?
Join us for this free Wildlife Photography Workshop with Mark Williams, freelancer photographer who has been shortlisted for wildlife photographer of the year and British wildlife photographer of the year (more info here:http://g900photography.com/)
The workshop will last 4 hours and it is open to children and family groups.
We are all meeting at 11:15 at Ramsey Heights Nature Reserve PE26 2RS, so to start the walk at 11:30.
In the last 30 minutes, we will ask participants their feedback on the day and to share their stories and future scenarios about water usage in the area.
This event is part of DRY Project http://dryproject.co.uk and has been organised by Loughborough University in collaboration with the Great Fen Project.
All participants will be invited to enter our photo competitionand share images of drought, water scarcity, water use, heatwaves, and water issues in the UK. The winner of the competition will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
